The LEAD Center for Public Policy, Advocacy, Justice, and Social Change (PAJS) exists to answer the urgent call for justice-driven transformation in our communities. Operating under Hope Consulting Inc., PAJS was born from the conviction that systems can be transformed when community voices are centered, public policy is rooted in equity, and strategies are aligned with the lived realities of the most vulnerable. Led by Executive Director Marjorie Beazer, PAJS is a beacon of actionable change, driven by innovation and grounded in compassion.

Our Origin Story
PAJS emerged out of a growing need for strategic justice advocacy—where social good is not simply aspirational, but achievable. Founded and directed by Marjorie Beazer, the organization brings together decades of lived and professional experience to build capacity in marginalized communities and equip public institutions to do better. Under the legal and fiscal sponsorship of Hope Consulting Inc., PAJS operates with both agility and institutional strength.
